STORE POLICY & FAQ

BOOKING POLICY:
  • All payments up front are cash only at the start of appointment please stop at an atm before hand

  • All deposits are NON REFUNDABLE BUT can be credited twice after that another deposit will be required

  • All clients must create an account

  • After hour appointments can be made through personal message and do require a fee
  • No children or extras are allowed no pets 

  • All fill appointments must have at least 40% of lashes at the start time of appointment .

  • Clean lashes at start time appointment , no makeup , no eye cream & etc

  • Please notify at least 24 hours ahead of appointment if rescheduling or canceling is needed

  • NO SHOWS WILL NO LONGER BE ACCEPTED
    You will be provided a 10 minuet grace period until cancellation or rescheduling will be applied

  • ALL FILL APPOINTMENTS booked after 3 weeks will have a small fee & or be uncharged for a full set.
  • After 3 fills a new set is required
FAQ:
All orders placed before 3pm will be shipped same day 

Orders placed after 3pm will be shipped within 1-2 days we want to give you the fastest shipping possible
